B有to allow表示目的，所以不算错，不是所谓主语不主语的问题，问题在于as an instance在这里不是习惯用语。说成for instance才是合适的。

C错，主语变成了Growing competitive pressures，like后面只能加词组不能加句子

The subject in the first part of the sentence is competitive pressure. However, the second part of the sentence is about an action that an \"auditor\" may take and not \"competitive pressure\". Hence, we need to split the sentence using semicolon and introduce a new subject \"auditor\" to the second sentence.
